The Rainier Run & Rally is back for 2025, and it promises to be better than ever!

Get ready to enjoy your favorite 5K with a course that combines fitness, fun, and community spirit! Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual walker, or bringing the whole family (including your furry friends), there's something for everyone.
When: April 25
Where: Starting and finishing at Rainier Foot and Ankle's location, with a scenic course running along Railroad Avenue, to the trailhead, and back via the Dog Park.
🌟 Highlights
Great Course: Flat and easy, perfect for all fitness levels.
Activities: Enjoy the Beer Garden, Food Trucks, and more!
Family Fun: Bring the kids, and even your leashed dogs!
Kiddie Dash: For children ages 6 and under, with prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Awards: Medals and gifts for top male and female runners in age categories 16+ and 15 & under.
👕 T-Shirt Info
T-Shirt Deadline: Register by April 5th to receive an official event shirt (unisex adult sizes).
Late Registration: Available online or on the day of the event, but does not include a shirt (prices adjusted).
🛑 Important Notes
The route includes a police closure of Griffin Ave. Expect brief pauses for traffic control.
Kids 11 & under can participate for free but will not receive a race shirt unless registered as an adult.

Leashed dogs are welcome to join the fun, so bring your furry running partner!
