Sarah from Natures Inventory will be discussing different healing modalities involving the Lymph system, ways we can support ourselves, and teaching how to make a winter wellness and Lymph drainage roller bottle to support our immune systems during the colder months.

You will learn ways to take care of your own body using energy medicine and frequency techniques, herbs, and very simple things that anyone can do on a day to day basis.
