Perfect for beginners and enthusiasts, the session includes expert guidance, practical skills, and tips to create delicious sourdough bread at home.

This is a hands on class. We will walk through each step of the sourdough bread making process. Due to time constraints, you will complete the final steps and baking in your home oven. All tools will be provided for your use during class and to take home to continue with your sourdough journey. In addition to the bread making process, you will also learn how to care for and maintain your starter.

Items included with class cost in addition to the instruction: jar of starter, spatula, mixing bowl with lid, banneton with liner, bread lame, digital thermometer, printed class guide with recipe & instruction
