Co-designed with local groups, the programme responds directly to the real needs of communities across County Clare.This session focuses on building strong and sustainable volunteer teams, covering key topics such as recruitment, retention, and supporting volunteer well-being. Like all programme workshops, it is interactive, hands-on, and designed to provide practical tools you can apply immediately in your group.Participants also benefit from the wider programme, including ongoing mentoring, peer learning, and networking opportunities, with flexible online and in-person delivery.Speaker:Cormac McCarthy, former Chairperson of Ennis Tidy Towns and current Chairperson of the Clare Memories Project, brings extensive hands-on experience in volunteer engagement across community and charitable organisations.
