Course Highlights
Gain an excellent foundation in Ayurveda
Study Tridosha theory & learn how to use it effectively for treating clients
Learn important Ayurvedic Concepts
Study Ayurvedic diet & nutrition
Learn Ayurvedic Diagnostic skills including pulse, tongue and iridology
Learn how to oversee Purva Karma (Preparatory process for Panchakarma)
Learn 10 Ayurvedic therapies, including Shirodhara and Abhyanga.
Study Ayurvedic Herbal medicine and learn how to dispense a range of Ayurvedic herbs and formulations.

As part of this course participants will also:
Implement Ayurvedic self care regimens
Learn some meditation and Yoga techniques
Study anatomy & physiology
Learn about Pancha karma (Ayurvedic Detoxification)
Learn seasonal cleanses
Learn about professional conduct and business awareness
Complete supervised clinical training.

This is a part time course and is held approximately one weekend per month from October 3rd 2025 until June 2027. Students are expected to do self directed study between student weekends. Home study is supported with reading material, workbooks, assignments and case studies.
