This is a sea paddle and the conditions are looking ideal. There should be little swell, temperature of 15 upwards and no clouds.

The plan is to arrive for 9.30am, in the water for 10 and out by 12.30.. That gives us limerickers enough time to get back home for the Limerick Vs Cork match.

You can expect some lovely cave exploring, wonderful rock formations, rock jumping and maybe a bit of snorkling. We did this paddle back in 2022 and it was a great success.

People to bring their own gear, lifejackets are a must, and a sneaky snack for afterwards is optional.
