You are invited to move at your own pace, honor your boundaries, and trust the wisdom of your own body.Together, we’ll breathe, feel, listen, and reconnect with the untamed aliveness within.The breathwork practice will be led by Ivy Overby, a certified Radiant Body Yoga Teacher (200 RYT), an advanced pranayama practitioner and teacher, and a certified, trauma-informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator. Ivy also serves as a mentor in an internationally recognized breathwork facilitation training, supporting facilitators worldwide through skillful, ethical, and embodied practice.With over 32 years as a hairdresser and entrepreneur, Ivy brings a grounded, real-world approach to transformation. Her teaching is rooted in Embodied Leadership, the 12-step recovery path, and Collective Consciousness, offering spaces that are both deeply attuned and responsibly held.A devoted Kundalini and Bhakti Yoga practitioner, Ivy is passionate about using breath and movement as precise tools to access, regulate, and integrate the energetic body.
