Melissa Rusch, PT, DPT, PCS, and owner of Strong Start Pediatric Therapy is a physical therapist specializing in infant development and early gross motor milestones, and she is passionate about helping families navigate their child’s growth with confidence.

Sinead O’Brien, OTD, OTR/L, is a pediatric occupational therapist specializing in early fine and gross motor development, feeding, sensory processing, and overall childhood development. She is passionate about helping children reach their full potential through play-based, individualized therapy while supporting families every step of the way.

Olivia Lada, MS CCC-SLP is a pediatric speech-language pathologist who provides in-home therapy services, helping children build communication skills through play-based, individualized support
