The Heat is On is Guided by Humanity’s annual fundraiser dedicated to sustaining our Pay-What-You-Can adaptive yoga and wellness programs — ensuring everyBODY and everyABILITY has access to inclusive, trauma-informed wellness classes and programing.

- Walk in or roll in for your 20 min Ear Acupuncture between 8 AM and 9:30 AM
- Stress-Management Ear Acupuncture — Experience gentle auricular acupuncture designed to calm the nervous system and reset your energy.
🌿 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Energizing Yoga at Guided By Humanity, 3496 S. Broadway location
- 60 min Accessible Energizing Yoga Class
- Energizing Yoga Session — Flow into your day with an accessible, uplifting practice led by GBH’s experienced instructors.
🧇 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM Waffles, Mimosas, and Silent Auction at Brewability, 3445 S Broadway, Englewood
