Together, we’ll move, reflect, and create—guided by four practitioners who also serve as the heart of Karma’s Board:

🧘‍♀️ Gentle, all-levels movement with Kate Lohmeyer
🎶 A bird-inspired meditation + sound journey with Linda Herrmann & Amber Broyles
—exploring the quiet process of growing our wings
🧵 A beautiful, beginner-friendly macramé craft led by Maggie Kiedrowski
(all materials included, plus a meaningful piece to take home)

And… each participant will also receive an upcycled suet mug feeder to hang and enjoy with your own feathered friends at home 🪶

This experience is layered with intention—
movement, stillness, creativity, and connection woven together.

We’ll also draw the winner of our Feathered Friends Bird Basket during the event.
