She has been passionate about the strong connection between art and healing for over 12 years, leading her to create her art business in 2016 to help herself and others connect to intuition through making and viewing art.Tori’s love for art and healing has guided her to follow a curious path of experiencing and learning other healing modalities that encourage mind-body connection. With a degree in Psychology and her certifications in yoga (200-hr), yin yoga, and sound healing, she enjoys guiding others in gentle, compassionate practices that cultivate a sense of safety and self-connection.Experiencing trauma-related anxiety and depression (C-PTSD) for most of her life, Tori is a big believer in participating in accessible healing practices that encourage less mind energy and more heart and body energy. She is an advocate for practicing being (instead of doing) to cultivate healing in a restful, harmonious way.
