This collaboration between EASEL and Gene O'Neill combines slow, deliberate yoga sequences with moments of deep reflective engagement—where the practice extends beyond the body and into observing the canvas, clay, or other artistic mediums available in the gallery.

Each class begins with a grounding meditation and breathwork, followed by a gentle flow of asanas (yoga poses) designed to open up the body and the heart. The flow transitions into a creative activity—observing the gallery's collection of art and choosing a piece for deeper reflection. As students move through the physical postures, they’re prompted to notice the sensations in their body, the colors and forms that come to mind, and how these feelings recollect their chosen artwork.

The class ends with a soothing, Yoga Nidra sequence encouraging relaxation, reflection and visualization of the artwork. This journey allows students to connect with their inner artist, and leave the space feeling both physically refreshed and mentally inspired.

Bring your own Props. Suggested props include a yoga mat, firm pillow or bolster, 1-2 blankets, comfortable clothes, a journal, and anything else to enhance your experience.
