Take an hour to rest, receive, and reset. Join us for a cozy, candlelit Sound Bath where soothing tones and gentle vibrations help melt away tension and open the heart to gratitude. Led by Amber Broyles & Lynnette Carlino.

This special session is pay-what-you-can, with all donations supporting Karma Inspired Yoga — our nonprofit offering accessible wellness for all. Times are challenging for many, with layoffs and the holidays approaching, and this gathering is our way of giving back and holding space for one another.

Everything is provided for comfort — mats, blankets, bolsters, and eye pillows — so you can simply arrive and sink into stillness. 💛
