Pilates Workshop: Pilates with Props

Pilates with props class uses small equipment like balls, rings, and resistance bands to modify exercises, increase challenge, and improve body awareness. These props can provide support for exercises like roll-downs, help with alignment by keeping legs parallel, or increase intensity by adding resistance, making the workout more accessible for beginners and more challenging for experienced students. The goal is to strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and enhance the connection to core muscles.
