Kundalini Yoga Workshop

Join us for a deeply rejuvenating Kundalini Yoga Workshop designed to awaken and balance your inner energy. This immersive session will guide you through powerful breathing techniques (pranayama) to calm the mind and activate vitality, followed by a dynamic Kriya—a sequence of yoga postures and movements that strengthen and align body, mind, and spirit.

We’ll then immerse in a soothing sound bath, allowing healing vibrations to wash over you and release energetic blockages. The journey will conclude with a group meditation, fostering connection, clarity, and peace.

To ground and integrate your experience, we’ll share a warm cup of Yogi Tea together after class.
