Sometimes healing doesn’t arrive as a breakthrough, but as a quiet shift within.

Not as a dramatic revelation — but as a subtle softening. A small inner stirring toward something new.

This immersive, trauma-informed group offers space to support what is emerging without rushing it. Rather than striving for clarity or forcing transformation, we gather to rest, receive support, and gently tend to what is newly alive within. Small beginnings are sacred. You don’t need to have it figured out, only a willingness to show up and listen inward.

? Duration: 4-hour immersive group ketamine experience

? Limited to 10 participants

• Trauma-informed group medicine journey
• Restorative gentle stretching yoga before the medicine
• Expertly guided meditation & curated music by Sara Whaley

♥Schedule a virtual intake assessment with our psychiatric nurse practitioner for medical clearance (for new participants).
