5 Elements Balancing Workshop

Begin with the elements- Earth rooting you down, Water showing you how to flow, Fire sparking your clarity, Wind sweeping space through what’s stuck, and the quiet shine of Space holding it all. These forces shape the world outside and stir the world within. When they slip out of rhythm, we feel it - the wobble, the heaviness, the inner weather shifting. In this workshop, we explore how to listen, how to notice which element is whispering (and which is shouting), and how to invite balance back into the body with curiosity, gentleness, and play. No experience needed- just a present moment, an open heart, and your own living, breathing elements.
