These sessions are designed to help you find balance, clarity, and calm — a gentle reset for body and mind.

? Where: Atlantis Spiritual Centre, Crews Hill, Enfield
?‍? With: Ruth Patrizzi – Shiatsu practitioner and Inner Qigong teacher, trained at the School for Experiential Education (www.seed.org)
