Celebrate the quiet beauty of the season with an evening of creative exploration at the Shaker Museum. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the art of gel plate printmaking, a playful and versatile technique that captures delicate botanical forms with stunning detail. Using winter greenery, seed pods, and other natural materials, you’ll experiment with layering colors, textures, and impressions to create a series of unique prints—perfect for framing, gifting, or inspiring future projects.
No prior art experience is needed. Just bring your curiosity and a sense of winter wonder. We’ll provide all materials and guidance to help you discover the simple gifts found in nature, repetition, and mindful making.
