Restorative Shamanic Journey Within & Ceremony

As the days get shorter, and nature comes into a natural cycle of stillness and introspection, it’s a reminder for us to go within.

Join Christian Correia-Covert, RYT-500, Shamanic Practitioner & Teacher in a relaxing, rejuvenating, and reflective evening of restorative yoga, shamanic journey, and ceremony.

In this workshop, you will learn the basics of shamanic journey and ceremony, travel deep within, work with your spirit guides, sit in ceremony, and rejuvenate to the sound of the rattle and drum while in restorative Yoga shapes.

Special Note: Dress comfortably and in layers. Please bring an object that you feel represents your essence - who you are on the inside. We will build an altar together.
