Join us for a feel-good fusion of strength and celebration! We're bringing the community together for a fun, low-impact Pilates class followed by a bubbly toast with Prosecco (or N/A bubbly)! Pilates is a movement practice that focuses on building strength, improving posture, and creating long, lean muscles - perfect for ALL fitness levels!
Together we'll move through a feel-good full-body flow, then unwind with a toast in community.
Whether you're a Pilates pro or just curious, this is your chance to move your body, meet new friends, and sip on something sparkly.

11-11:30a: Social hour & bubbly
Crystal will bring juices, fruits, and other additives for your bubbly, all you have to do is show up and enjoy!
Special note - we're celebrating a new year, so please arrive in your sparkley-est new years attire! Think disco ball - whatever reflects the light!
