Join us for a Shaker Supper Featuring Chef Bryan Leary from Prospective Catering. He will be offering family style meal. This meal will include ,Heirloom Tomato Caprese salad, aged balsamic reduction, Maine sea salt, roasted garlic basil oil
Mediterranean quinoa stuffed artichoke bottom, smoked olive tomato sauce, basil, feta
Grilled strip loin steak, Chimichurri
Pomegranate roasted garlic chicken thighs
Roasted root vegetable hash
Potato fondant, herbs
Wild rice pilaf
Vanilla panna cotta, blackberries
There will be a cash bar serving Beer, Wine and Craft cocktails.-
