During this 2-hour healing immersion, you'll be guided through some gentle spinal movement to get the kinks out before moving into a restorative Yoga posture. There you will experience:

Sound Healing to Align & Awaken:
Crystal Cejka, a 500hr RYT, Reiki Master, and sound healer, will bathe you in reiki-infused vibrations using crystal singing bowls (each tuned to a specific chakra), tuning forks, and a wave drum. These powerful frequencies help release tension stored in the body, calm the mind, and shift your energy centers into balance.



Yoga Nidra for Deep Rest + Subtle-Body Healing
Crystal will then guide you through a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra practice; a guided meditation strategically designed to move you into the liminal space between waking and dreaming. Here, the subconscious softens, the nervous system unwinds, and energetic healing becomes more accessible.

Guided Breathwork, Meditation & Intuitive Reiki:
As sound waves soften your entire being, Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and Kripalu-trained Yoga teacher, Ashley Lepak, will lead you through gentle breathwork and a chakra-focused meditation. From there, you’ll settle into a restorative pose while she offers intuitive, hands-on Reiki to clear blockages and nourish your energetic field.



Face + Scalp Massage, Acupressure & Reflexology:
To support your full-body reset, Ashley will incorporate grounding acupressure points, reflexology techniques, and a soothing facial + scalp massage to release stagnation, encourage circulation, and invite clarity, openness, and flow back to the body and it's energy centers.

Take-Home Journaling Prompts for Integration:
To deepen your experience beyond the session, you’ll also receive thoughtfully curated journal prompts aligned with the chakra of the month. These reflections help you integrate insights, track your inner shifts, and continue your healing journey at home.



Each month will focus on one chakra, allowing you to explore your system from root to crown building awareness, alignment, and emotional resilience over time.
