Get ready to experience an authentic Italian feast featuring Villaggio's specialty ingredients and Chef Michelle's culinary expertise.

Our Trattoria Italiana class menu includes mussels alla Tarantina with The North Side Shoppe ciabatta crostini, citrus-braised chicken with Castelvetrano olives and Calabrian chiles, potato gnocchi in sage-brown butter, and verdure gratinate al forno. For dessert, we'll prepare a polenta shortcake with mascarpone whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and a drizzle of premium aceto balsamico. 🍓
