💗Unwind with an intentionally curated evening of movement, relaxation, and connection at Serenity.

Begin with 30 minutes of functional training led by Shelley, focused on feel-good strength and mobility for all levels. Transition into a 30-minute yoga flow with Christina, designed to release tension and ease you into relaxation. The evening closes with a 30-minute sound bath led by Annette, guiding you into deep rest and restoration.

After the experience, stay and connect while enjoying a curated snack bar and handcrafted mocktails.

Open to members and newcomers.
