There's a version of you that shows up everywhere else. The one who's got it handled. The one who smiles first and falls apart later, if at all. The one who checks on everyone else before anyone thinks to check on her.

Today, she doesn't have to come.

SHED is a 90-minute morning  of yin yoga and live sound healing, built around a single question: what are you tired of carrying that was never yours to hold?

You'll be given a mask — not to wear, but to name. In candlelight, in silence, you'll write down the thing you perform so no one else has to worry. Then you'll go still with it. Long-held yin postures, nothing to perform, nothing to get right — just your body, finally allowed to stop holding its breath. As you settle deeper into each shape, live sound from two facilitators will rise underneath you, building until the room is carried entirely by it.

And then — you'll let it go. Watch it dissolve. Actually watch it. Not metaphorically. In front of you, in water, in real time.

You'll leave with tea in your hands and, we hope, a little less weight than you walked in with.
