Earth‑Rooted Family Yoga
We begin by settling onto our mats, feeling the ground beneath us like rich, steady soil. Through gentle, nature‑inspired movement, families explore:

- Seed‑to‑sprout yoga play  
- Rooted standing poses that build balance and confidence  
- Seed intention setting 

The practice is lighthearted, accessible, and designed to help kids and caregivers feel grounded, strong, and supported.

Clay Pot Creation with Dodie
With bodies warmed and imaginations open, we shift from movement to making. Guided by potter Dodie, families shape their own pocket planters and/or clay pots—perfect for planting seeds at home.

As hands press, pinch, and smooth the clay, we honor the earth element:
- Clay as Mother Earth’s gift  
- Creativity as a form of grounding  
- Pot‑making as a symbol of nurturing and growth  

Kids love the sensory experience, and caregivers enjoy the mindful, meditative rhythm of working with clay.

A Growing Keepsake
Prior to leaving, you’ll select a glaze color. Your piece will be professionally finished and returned to Serenity Flow Studio for pick-up 3–4 weeks after the event. An earthy reminder of the time spent moving, creating, and growing together.
