• Gentle breath awareness practices to anchor into presence
• A guided deep meditation — calming the mind and opening to inner guidance
• Astrological-inspired intention setting.
• Time and guidance to create your personal 2026 vision board: bring your hopes, dreams, intentions — we supply the materials, space, and support
• A cozy wind-down with tea, water & a late snack — nourishing body and spirit
• You’ll leave with a physical vision board: your map for the year ahead

• A Waning Crescent is often regarded as a potent moment for reflection, release, and inner alignment before the fresh, new-moon energy emerges.
• This lunar phase offers a beautiful opportunity to let go of what no longer serves us — clearing space mentally and emotionally — and set intentions for what we want to birth in 2026.
