After the beautiful feedback from our last retreat days and our weekend retreats in the woods, we are so pleased to be collaborating again with a wonderfully uplifting afternoon where we get to share with you the things we love.

Gentle movement to raise & ground your energy 
Powerful heart opening breathwork 
Magical and heart opening cacao ceremony,
Rebalancing gong sound bath.

This will be a transformative afternoon working on our heart chakras to enable us to feel love and compassion firstly for ourselves and then for others and to bring emotional balance.

Adam will take you on a powerful journey through a guided breathwork meditation to open you up on every level, allowing you to clear out the body, mind and open the heart.

In the afternoon we will introduce you to the plant medicine Mother Cacao, sharing with you a cacao ceremony. Cacao is uplifting and heart opening. It naturally lifts our mood and raises our vibrations. We will drink our cacao mindfully in ceremony reminding ourselves of our path and purpose and allowing the plant medicine to open our hearts.

The afternoon will finish with an integrating Gong Sound Bath. During the Gong Bath all there is for you to do is let the sounds of the Gongs wash over you. There is no past, no future, just this moment of merging with the sounds of these ancient instruments. This is fabulous for those who struggle to meditate, switching off the chatter of the mind.
