Time not to rush forward, but to intentionally plant the seeds for what we wish to grow through the year ahead and ready for when the plants start to emerge in spring.This workshop is a 90 minute embodied ritual of intention, regulation, and inner alignment. Designed to support you in grounding your visions now, so they are ready to take root and rise as we move toward the Spring Equinox. A safe space to shake of the shackles and being to regulate ourselves.This will be a starting workshop to invite you to a 4-6 week programme where you can learn to intergrate these practices and tolls into everyday life.What to ExpectThis is a fully guided breathwork and embodiment journey, blending ancient pranayama practices with modern nervous system wisdom. We will move through the following phases:• Setting the Scene: Intention & Awareness We begin with a short talk to ground us in the energetic and seasonal context of this time, followed by guided intention setting. This is an invitation to listen inward not from the mind alone, but from the deeper intelligence of the body.• Awakening the Body: Movement, Shaking & Dance Through gentle movement, somatic shaking and free-form dance, we awaken energy, release stagnation and come home to the body. No choreography just permission to move as you are, guided in slowly.• Breathwork & Pranayama with Shamanic Drum The core of the journey. Using conscious breath and rhythmic drumming, we move through phases of activation, regulation and grounding. This supports emotional release, clarity, and nervous system balance using multiple techniques.• Integration through Guided Yoga Nidra We land in a deeply restorative yoga nidra, allowing the body and subconscious to integrate the experience and anchor intentions beneath conscious thought.• Grounding & Embodied Reflection We close with reflective, embodied coaching inviting insight through feeling, thinking, writing or drawing. This is where meaning is made and intentions become tangible.Who This Is ForThis workshop is for anyone seeking: A grounded, intentional start to the year, nervous system regulation and emotional release, embodied practices for healing and self-connection, a safe space to reset, release and realign. No previous experience with breathwork, yoga or meditation is required. Not recommended for anyone with severe illnesses, preganancy. The session can be adantable so please do feel free to message if your unsure or would like to take an adabted approach. Remember everything is an invitation.About the FacilitatorI am a qualified yoga practitioner, breathwork and meditation facilitator, and coach in training.
