This event isn’t just a walk or a run — it’s a day to connect, learn, and support those living with migraine and headache diseases. Come out to meet others who “get it,” hear from inspiring speakers, and visit sponsors and local partners in our festival area.

The Walk and Relax events are free to register, and donations are encouraged!

• Professionally timed 5K Run

• Finisher medals for all walk and run participants

Funds raised will benefit Miles for Migraine free programs & services as well as the USC Keck Headache Center to support local migraine research and fellowship training programs.

We are focused on raising awareness that migraine is not “just a headache.” Migraine is a serious neurological disease that can have debilitating effects on those living with it, as well as their family and friends. More people in the U.S. live with migraine than asthma and diabetes combined, yet migraine research remains severely underfunded. Help us change that!
