Our monthly collaborative farm-to-table dinner is back on Wed, Nov 12 with a menu rooted in the leaves of fall. Executive Chef Lety Gonzalez joins forces with Guest Chef Kathleen Wise to shape a series of dishes that highlight the precious plants of the season: Think pumpkin turned into a nourishing soup topped with a crispy fig leaf and other dishes that surprise you with their seasonal ingredients and creativity.
This month’s Stories from the Soil dinner moves indoors for a warm, reservation-based evening (4:00PM – 9:00PM). Expect thoughtful pacing, conversation, and service that lets the ingredients speak for themselves. Wine pairings from our certified sommelier, Ricardo Zarate Jr., are available.
It’s a dinner designed for those who care about food—where it comes from, how it’s grown, and the story behind each plate. Whether you're seeking a date night with your partner on a school night or a unique culinary experience that dips into the later hours of the night, bring your other halves to November’s Stories from the Soil, a deeply seasonal dinner catered to your schedule. Grab your reservations at the link in bio.
