Journey Into the Heart Sound Bath

Journey Into the Heart is a nourishing sound bath experience designed to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with the peaceful space within. We’ll begin with gentle breath work and a guided meditation to ground your energy and soften the mind. From there, you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes and other calming instruments that support deep relaxation and emotional release.

This session is all about coming home to yourself. As the sounds wash over you, the nervous system unwinds, the mind grows quieter and the heart begins to open. Many people leave feeling centered, lighter and more connected to their own intuition.

All are welcome. Bring a mat, blanket or anything that helps you feel comfortable as you settle in. This is your time to rest, receive and listen to the wisdom of your heart.
