Hosted in the format of yoga/pilates classes that are created BY and FOR chronic illness patient advocates. The first hour of each session will be movement and the second hour will be tailored to community support (ex: crafts, reviewing latest trends and resarch, guidance/advice, etc).Not only are we providing a safe, inclusive, and intentional space for patients and advocates to gather and connect, we’re highlighting local businesses and badasses!Each 2 hour meetup will highlight a different yoga/movement instructor who also battles chronic health conditions (Endo, Adeno, PMOS, PMDD, IC, MCAS, etc).These sessions also give local businesses and studios the opportunity to show off their venue/space!Our locations and instructors will rotate through a cycle, so that every session offers a new perspective and approach to movement tailored towards chronic illness patients.As a reminder, these sessions are donation based and 60% of the proceeds go towards the instructor and their practice, while 40% will be donated to Rays Your Vibe to cover the nonprofit's cost of operations for educational programs and events! We hope to see you there :) For this specifiic event, we only have 15 spots, so please be intentional with signing up. The yoga portion will be led by Frances, owner of Enter the Oasis, endometriosis warrior, and incredible yogi! I'm so excited for you all to meet her and experience this beautiful gift she has to offer! We're so grateful to have this space to use, now we just need to fill it with beautiful people!
