Join us in our Encinitas studio for a morning dedicated to safety, strength, and community. This workshop is designed to teach you practical, real-world self-defense techniques in a supportive and high-energy environment with our studios' owner Sensei Stephanie.

Whether you are looking to build confidence or learn essential skills, this event will leave you feeling capable and empowered .To ensure you move your best and recover well, we are proud to partner with StretchLab Encinitas to provide complimentary professional stretching.

• When: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Where: 191. N. El Camino Real, Unit 201
• Pre-Lesson Stretch (Free): Starts at 9:45 AM. Get warm and ready for peak performance.
• Post-Lesson Stretch (Free): Starts at 12:00 PM. Speed up recovery and melt away tension.

What to Bring:

• Comfy Clothes: Wear your favorite athletic gear or anything you can move freely in.
