Known for her warm, grounded presence and ability to meet people exactly where they are, Mollie’s work bridges the worlds of yoga, psychology, and healthcare. She is the founder of Jala Yoga®, and leads one of Australia’s most comprehensive trauma-informed yoga teacher trainings.
