Weekly Wednesday Wellness Walks

Take a midweek break and join us for Wellness Wednesdays! 🌿 Each week we’ll head out on a refreshing walk through Campus Prairie and Campus Woods—perfect for boosting your mood, moving your body, and connecting with others.

📍 Meet us on the deck at 12 PM every Wednesday, where a PAROC leader will kick things off.

Whether you’re in the mood to stroll and chat with the group or wander quietly to soak in the sights and sounds of nature, this space is for you. Come as you are, relax your mind, and let the outdoors recharge you. ✨
