Join us on January 12, 2026, at the historic Regal Plumb for La Belle Nuit—“The Beautiful Night.” This thoughtfully curated evening invites you into cozy winter elegance, where candlelit warmth meets plant-based, French-inspired cuisine and the magic of a Parisian dream after dark.


We’ll begin the evening with a beautiful classic Vegan Chèvre Chaud Salad — fresh winter greens tossed with apples and candied pecans in a light champagne vinaigrette, then topped with warmed, house-made vegan Chèvre-style cheese on a crisp baguette. It’s the perfect balance of creamy, tangy, and comforting flavors.

The featured entrée is Seitan Bourguignon, crafted with house-made seitan, carrots, mushrooms and pearl onions simmered in a rich red wine sauce. It’s served alongside creamy garlic mashed potatoes and finished with a dollop of horseradish creama. (There will be mushroom-free version, so everyone can dig in with confidence.)


The evening concludes with a decadent chocolate tart featuring one of Chef Ginger’s signature surprise ingredients—proof that a little creativity can make dessert both nourishing and delicious.

Includes a three-course dining experience featuring the Winter Salad, Seitan Bourguignon, and Chocolate Tart.

Upgraded Ticket:Chef’s Mingle + Dinner $50.00

Includes access to an exclusive pre-dinner mingle from 6:00–6:30 PM, featuring appetizers and refreshments. Guests will have the opportunity to connect with Chef Ginger, with a will share insights into the evening’s courses and culinary inspirations, followed by the full dinner experience.
