Challenging times are the best times to take a moment for yourself and breathe! Join us for a Sound Meditation conducted by drummer, percussionist, and sound worker Moe Jerant.  Experience the serenity of the sound of gongs and crystal singing bowls washing over you in a 60-minute meditation designed to ease your mind, open your heart, and relax your body and spirit.
Moe is requesting that participants show up 15 minutes early (12:45) to ensure everyone is settled in and ready to go for 1:00.

IMPORTANT - Please bring the following to the workshop with you:
-a yoga mat and/or heavy blanket to lay on (if you don't want to lie on the floor, bring a lawn chair)
-a knee bolster or pillow for your legs
-a pillow for your head
-a light blanket to put on top of you
The registration price is inclusive of a $3 processing fee.
MOE JERANT is a drummer, percussionist and sound worker from the Lehigh Valley.  For the past 25 years she's facilitated drumming events for youth at risk, school students, folks with learning disabilities, seniors in memory care and many more.   Over the years she became interested in the power of drumming for stress reduction and offered these events during hectic times of the year.

During her Covid "reset" Moe decided to narrow her focus and concentrate on on the wellness and stress reduction capabilities provided by sound meditations.  She's trained in and researched the use if crystal singing bowls and gongs as a way to relax participants to wellness.  Moe's been offering sound meditation events for the past 5 years.

When she's not playing gongs and singing bowls you can also find Moe playing drums and guitar and singing with the Lehigh Valley's favorite 60's band the Large Flowerheads.
