This year with over 215 taps we are producing several small batch maple syrups, and a walnut syrup. Tastings available, pancake brunch with all the fixings, and Stonehill Estates Merchandise, including our Award Winning Jams and Jellys!


Kid's Can Enjoy Fresh Syrup right from the evaporator, playing Gravity Wagon Basketball and a Boer Goat Petting Zoo. While parents can sit around a cozy camp fire, drinking maple inspired drinks and mocktails, with an all day brunch menu.
