Earthdance celebrates 10 years of ceremony this year and we will be getting back into it with a special collaboration with Kamilindo & Ross deepening us into the ritual of this practice. Kamilindo is a long time collaborator who supported us to get dancing outside in the depths of covid times. Ross has also become a dear brother who is coming on board as a new collaborator. He brings prayer and the old ways as well as music and a passion for bringing community together.
For this ceremony we will be working with blessing the waters, bringing prayer in all forms, spoken, singing and dancing. Water is our theme, working with flow, intuition and cleansing.
You are invited to gather in ritual to dance and reconnect to the land that holds us and the community that surrounds us. Come be nourished by nature, feeling your bare feet on the Earth, round the fire under the stars and moon light. In community and ritual we return to our belonging. All welcome here, family friendly and kids come for free.
In this sacred space we will:
~ Begin with an embodied meditation of acknowledgement to pay our respects to custodians and country.
~ Share in circle our intentions and what we are moving through
~ Sit with water in song, prayer and reflection
~ Dance to earthy beats that bring us home to body and Earth
~ Close with a ceremonial world music journey
~ You are invited to stay for a cuppa fireside under the night sky.
...
We acknowledges the Wurundjeri Woiwurrung people of the Kulin nation as the original Custodians. We acknowledge their ceremony, song and dance that will always live on in the land. May we respect this ancient land, culture and custodians.

ABOUT KARLA
Karla is committed to creating sacred spaces for people to connect and remember their wild nature within.
With over a decade of training and initiations in traditional healing and Shamanic practice, she holds space with a deep appreciation for land and culture. Deeply integrated with a background in paramedicine, Karla has a lived experience of what it is to humbly serve humanity. She is also a spoken word artist and writer, naturally infusing inspiration and deep enquiry as she facilitates, speaking intuitively to what arises in the moment.
As an activist for country and custodians, Karla balances these ceremonial spaces with the acknowledgement of country and the reality of a stolen and traumatised land and people. Connecting people back to their Indigenous roots is at the heart of her practice as a healer and facilitator.

What do people say about it?
Earthdance is a very sacred, special heart connected event. I felt completely comfortable and held by Karla’s genuine, warm gentle spirit. Her presence and grace as a facilitator is so welcoming.

Each time I have had the joy of participating in Earthdance I have been opened up to the opportunity to really feel present in my body. The combination of dance, stillness and gentle moving meditation gave me a chance to experience what I have been struggling with mentally and emotionally.
-Alice
"What a beautiful experience! I have been to two of Karla’s Earthdance events. Karla is such a calm and comforting facilitator, she allowed me to really open up and make the most of the ceremony. I truely recommend that you try it for yourself. Thank you so much Karla for your commitment to creating an environment like this! It’s truely magical."
