After a land‑based skills session, we slip onto the sound for a guided paddle, anchor in a peaceful cove, and move through a teach‑and‑learn SUP Yoga practicum designed for all levels.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, brighter, and fully equipped to guide SUP Yoga experiences with confidence. Photos and videos are captured throughout your training so you can build your teaching portfolio.

No experience required. Just bring your curiosity, your sense of adventure, and your summer spirit.
