Our First-Ever Overnight at HYER Shala

I’m so excited to open the year with this beautiful overnight retreat, something many of you have been asking for. For the very first time, we will sleep together in the sacred space of HYER Shala, held by sound, community, and the deep winter wisdom of the Wolf Moon. Bring your bedding - Zero Gravity Chairs will be available as well!

This experience will be small, intimate, and incredibly cozy...  so be sure to reserve your spot soon.

Judith will guide a grounding meditation to anchor your energy and ease you gently into the night in addition to a Drumming Circle!

Next, prepare to nestle in while Judith and Serge will begin a continuous sacred soundscape of gongs, bowls, and ancestral instruments. These vibrations will carry you through the night in waves of healing, rest, and energetic renewal.

Morning Awakening includes a Gentle Wake-Up, Movement & Meditation: We rise softly with the early morning energy, inviting breath, gentle stretching, and awakening the body with intention.

Next: Nourishing Breakfast, A warm, simple breakfast will be served to ground and support you.

We close our circle and step into the new day renewed, connected, and aligned.
