Yoga with a Chair

WHAT: This slow-paced practice uses a chair for support and includes breathwork and meditation instruction.

WHO: Anyone who can walk from their parking space into the studio, sit in a chair and get up from the chair.

COST: Pay what you can! For serious. If you can't pay anything, that's okay too!
