Group Sound Bath – Monthly Series

Join us for our first Group Sound Bath at Seeds of Wellness on Friday, February 13, from 6–7 PM.

This guided experience uses soothing sound vibrations to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and restore energetic balance. Sound baths are ideal for anyone seeking relaxation, mental clarity, or intentional self-care in a supportive group setting.

What to Bring:
Seating is provided. You may bring a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket to create a cozy, supportive space for yourself during the sound bath.
