The shift from one year to the next offers a wonderful opportunity for introspection and planning for the future. This workshop is designed to engage you in activities that encourage you to reflect on the past year while also setting purposeful intentions for the year ahead. You will participate in a guided word exercise to discover your personal power word—a central theme to carry with you into the new year. As a meaningful keepsake, you will also learn the art of woodburning to create a decorative plaque featuring your chosen word, which you can proudly display at home.

You'll receive step-by-step guidance on exercises and woodburning your plaque. No woodburning experience is necessary. All materials provided. Students are encouraged to bring personal journals to expand on their reflection.

Students will also receive a copy of the book: Recharge Your Inner Peace and Power, written by Kelly Cramer, as a reference after class to grow their inner power.
