This class is for those who are interested in turning the weather, nature, and seasonal changes into a colorful wheel - a phenology wheel. Join us as we tune into the present moment, draw circles, clouds, temperatures, and sketch or watercolor some things from nature. You will go home with a wheel to track the month's temperatures & weather. Tracking seasonal changes is a great way to feel more grounded in the natural environment that we live in and can be a daily mindfulness practice.
