No pressure, no awkwardness, just good vibes, great music, and a chance to clear your head while getting your steps in.  Perfect for boosting your mood, meeting new people, and turning a simple walk into an experience. Part of the route at times might be along roadside so we may be crossing roads & need to be mindful of this.  All fitness levels welcome.  How It Works  Everyone booked in get headphones & you follow the group playlist. You can adjust your own individual volume or switch off if you wish ?  Smiles, waves, and occasional dance breaks encouraged  Ages 13+ can have a headset as long as a slot is booked and paid for, children under 13 may attend for free with no headset. You are to remain responsible for your children throughout the walk.   Unfortunately NO DOGS!  Comfortable walking clothing & shoes, some of the route is off road so wear appropriate footwear. Drink if necessary & any medical equipment/medication such as inhalers. Suncream, hats and sunglasses if hot.   Hoods & umbrella are a must if the weather is wet to protect the headphones.
