Who is this for? Ely for Ely defines leadership as involvement. If you are engaged, if you are paying attention, if you are tracking what’s going on in our community, you are a leader. Have you ever volunteered in the Ely area? Do you make a point of attending local events? You are a leader. You are invited to engage with our Ely for Ely community leadership/involvement series where we will explore your strengths and needs to develop an action plan for your leadership future. The goal of this track is to give you the tools to develop your confidence as a leader.

These track meetings will be an opportunity to explore Ely’s strengths and needs as it relates to involvement, volunteerism, mentorship, nonprofit leadership and succession planning, and more.
