Learn about classic French recipes and about life in France from foreign exchange student, Mano!
Mano will be teaching a series of three cooking classes focused on French breakfast, lunch, and dinner in order to earn some money to help fund her trip to Washington, D.C, with the other Ely High School seniors.
During this class, students will learn how to make two classic French lunch dishes: croque-monsieur and quiche.
In addition to cooking, students will learn from Mano about her experience growing up in France through stories about her school, family and friends, and culture.
Join this lunch specific session to learn about some go-to midday French recipes and ask Mano any questions you'd like about France, French food, and her exchange experience so far. Please consider joining for the breakfast and dinner sessions as well!
